Jasson Casey – Founder, Chief Executive Officer

Jasson is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Compiled Networks. He brings many years of experience in the telecommunications industry from both service providers and next generation equipment manufacturers. Jasson’s track record of creating innovative carrier services and advanced networking products provides Compiled with a unique perspective and an intimate appreciation of customer and partner needs.

Prior to founding Compiled Networks, Jasson was a VP and business unit manager at CenturyTel (now CenturyLink). He was responsible for development, integration, and application of emerging technologies into the carrier’s highly heterogeneous, nationwide coverage regions. Before CenturyTel, Jasson received industry acclaim for his contributions to multimedia IP security solutions for inter-carrier peering. He is a recognized expert in Fixed/Mobile Convergence and has participated in protocol standardization for VoIP for more than a decade. Jasson also held technology and management positions at PointOne, Level3, Netrake, and Alcatel-Lucent. Jasson holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas.

Bob Locklear – Founder, VP of Business Development

Bob Locklear has over 25 years of experience in senior roles in telecommunications and networking with both startups and large companies. He collaborated on the incubation that led to the formation of Surgient Networks and served as Surgient’s Vice President of Business Development and later Chief Strategy Officer and secured a strategic investment from Cisco Systems in the company.

Prior to Surgient, Bob held director positions in technology and engineering with Cisco Systems and led development of Cisco’s DSL product line from a $10 million to a $200 million quarterly run rate. Prior to Cisco, Bob was Chief Engineer and later CTO of NetSpeed which was acquired by Cisco Systems in 1998 for $266 million. Bob was also a founding general partner of Agave Capital, an angel based investment firm, and has served as managing director of Agave Capital Funds I and II. As managing director, he served on the board of Discoverycom prior to Discoverycom’s acquisition by Nokia Networks in 2000 for $205 million and on the board of Teracruz prior to their acquisition by Crossroads Systems in 2004. He was instrumental in the negotiations that led to the acquisition of both companies. He has also served on the board of Teravicta Technologies and was interim CEO from May 2003 to June 2004 as well as the boards of Singlestep Technologies and Smartswing and the advisory board of Voyan Technology. Bob holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee and has been awarded 15 patents.
